I don't see any value in them as is. Sorry.
Good attempts if these are newly registered, but I don't think they will attract traffic as they are.

They are a bit cumbersome and probably not something a user will type-in often.

-Try to shorten your keywords or find shorter brandable variations like "bizplan" instead of "business plan."
-Be careful of using leading words with "ing." Domains like "investingreport.com" won't do as well as "investmentreport.com" in my opinion.
-Also watch out for trademarks. "eLoan" most likely is trademarked.
