Just for comparison, ePakistan.com looks to be more popular website than eIndia.com... Google search for "eIndia.com" returns many fewer links than search for "ePakistan.com".

there is NO such word as "epakistan" as Pakistan does not have a big outsourcing economy (software exports no more than half a billion USD a year). Thus "humongous" results and OVT "grand zero". There is a word eindia (which is quite rarely used, no more than 100,000 results in google).

But , outsourcing is not the only thing in ths world. Pakistan has some other economy branches, and as I pointed above, ePakistan.com seems more popular than eIndia.com, and returns more search results. Thus my estimate that ePakistan.mobi is worth quite more than reg fee (just because there is ePakistan.com). But perhaps you have reason, who knows?

You are new - you are full of pee and vinegar but you will quickly learn what sells and what doesn't. Just because lousy.com exists doesn't mean lousy.mobi is worth two red cents.

If people don't search for it - there is a reason. epakistan returns 0 on ovt - thus that more than likely means even the dot com gets very little traffic. If the existing site gets little traffic, the .mobi is going to get none - zero - zip - nadda - nothing at all.

You also forget the vast majority of Pakistanis are going to be using their native language and not english on the web whenever possible - that further dilutes your domain's worth.

Save your money and buy .mobi domains from other people. Judging by how much you've spent already you could have had yourself a few nice LLL.mobi's and more just by buying them from others.

Hehehe... it is because there is NO such word as epakistan (explained above), though Pakistan exports around $0.5bn outsourcing software products a year if I am correct. But you can really go take it... lol.

By the way, ePakistan.com has OVT quite higher than colloquialism.com . So you need to reg colloquialism.mobi, then buy colloquialism.com and then ePakistan.com . Don't forget also eIndia.com and eIndia.mobi .

I seems like you are not really looking for appraislas but for people telling you that a worthless domain is worth $$$$ to make you feel good about your domain, if you are not interested in opinions by poeple that have been in the game a lot longer you will never really understand what makes a good domain, OVT, google results and tlds used or taken are sometimes inidactors, but its not a set rule, when everybody tells you its not a good domain try to understand why, take the advice others give you and benefit from it..
