I think its not epakistan .mobi is a worthless domain to begin with as far as eindia you should also imaging the number of people in India they out number even the US so obviously a domain that has india will probably be typed more.
You should try to sell it to one of the Pakistani mobile companies although chances are that you will actually get no response try teleno.com.pk or mobilinkgsm.com
