It all depends on the popularity...
There really isn't anything to define the price range as 'only applicable' to a certain type of name. 'Only' is a very definate word.
Let me put it in perspective, I've seen some family (last) names go for as low as $60 - $80 within the last several months. Still talking about .com's...
These, of course, are much less popular. But `english` or `european`, nevertheless.
`Erich' has over 4M results in Google US. This is not an unpopular name.

I can list over 1,000 domains that start with 'Erich'.
Any other search is tainted because of the eRich so I cant get any better idea of its use without some scripting that I don't feel like doing.
Could only look at names that start with the string.
