hi all

i had this parked at parked.com for a while....was doing so-so traffic-wise....revenue was about .07cents per click.....i've moved it to parkingpanel.com....traffic has increased alot....getting like 15-20 clicks/day.....but revenue has gone to like 3 cents /click....

any thoughts ??

do i develop...leave it parked??

value to possible end-user?

it is a one-word premium name...

unsensored content if you are planning to make a porn site. .jp registry is quite restricted in seeing that there is no illegal (showing details of....you know) content while showing the erotica.jp. The would be forced to take the name from you. If i were you, id look into that to keep your name.
Or the simpliest way is to just forward it to another one of your sites.

No. Everytime you put this up for appraisal you usually get XXX responses. You insist on arguing with everyone saying "Im going to develop it and sell it for XXX,XXX." So where is the development and where is the XXX,XXX sale?

i put it up cause i'd like to get other responses than just yours....and yes i plan on having it developed by month's end.....wanting to gauge "domain name" value as is......so once it's developed....it can be all yours for xxx,xxx...

And that's exactly what the members are giving you..their opinions..as they have the other three times that you've listed it. How many times do you want opinions on one domain name? The value of the domain name may have rose from Feb to March to now? It seems that you keep listing the domain name in hopes you will get "the" appraisal that you want. It's not going to happen, either develop it or hold it.

i have to agree, i've been buying/selling adult names for quite a while, and undeveloped, on .jp you would probably be pretty lucky to find a buyer at 30 dollars. you can say you want to sell it for whatever, but finding a buyer is another thing.

when it comes to adult, if it's not a .com it's not worth a whole lot.

how are you going to develope it to anything worth xxx,xxx? you're not...

you're right. that site is NOT worth 30 dollars. but it is developed, with a good looking design, decent alexa rank/traffic, good position in the serps, has pr, has a solid archive.org history documenting it as a continuously active site for some 5 years now. none of which your domain has, and i still wouldn't say that entire site would sell anywhere near the $xxx,xxx mark....

i'm being honest when i say that even with a solid design and seo work, you could probably find an adult webmaster who'd drop high $xxx on it developed. depending on the quality and intensity of the work put in you might make low to mid $x,xxx. but you're really gonna have to hold out for the right buyer on that. it's a nice domain, but it's not so spectacular, so i wouldn't hold my breath for huge dollars...

thanks man...the xxx,xxx dollar amt is a dream.......but u cant say $20-$30 as is......and yes i will have this name developed.....i've seen some of the .jp's sales in DN recent sales.....and this in my opinion is worth alot more than some of those sales....
