I spoke to Lieberman from Escrow.domains. They can do ACH into Payoneer. It might have a few more fees than direct to Payoneer, but their Escrow prices are onpar with Escrow.com/DN.com so overall it will be cheaper than one of the marketplace escrows and you will get it into Payoneer this way.
