EscrowDNS.com safe?

hi, in a recent domain sale, I was suggested to use escrowdns (as a seller).

Is it a safe / reputable service?

I am asking because in the past, the only Escrow I ever used was escrow.com

I think DNF member Rockefeller owns EscrowDNS.com

You may use Moniker Escrow too. It is safe for larger amount transactions.

We've handled several transactions in high six figures and even 7 figures. We are as secure as you can get. We have multiple safeguards in place which protect both buyer and seller, we are also members of the BBB. Escrow.com still leaves the door open to fraud..a buyer pays and you push the domain name to the buyer (you being the seller), the buyer gets the domain name and changes the info back to the you, he tells escrow.com that he never received the name so they dont release payment to you, they give it back to him. This is the major flaw with escrow.com...we also accept the domain name into our holding account and personally transfer it to the buyer. If anything were to happen after that, we take the fault and not you. We also require all buyers to fill out authorization forms for paypal and credit card, this weeds out the scammers and is very effective.

No, by default it states that the seller transfers the domain name, this is in case a domain name is held at a domain registrar which doesnt allow internal transfers or ones that have restrictions, such as enom. Thanks for pointing this out and the terms will be updated to reflect what I just posted.
