This website is well established with PR 5, soon to be 6, and almost no work is needed. I made it completely by my self, from scratch (and designed it my self), and have put over six months of hard work into it (to get high search engine rankings). It is currently Number 1 in Yahoo and MSN for: ââ¬Åcheap computersââ¬Â, No 2 for ââ¬Åcomputer partsââ¬Â, No 1 for ââ¬Åcheap computer partsââ¬Â, etc. I have been kind of slacking on link building lately, so itââ¬â¢s Google rankings dropped a bit last week, but are still very high for major keywords: first and second page.
You donââ¬â¢t have to do absolutely any work on the website and you will still make around $500 each month. All the traffic comes for free from search engines and from computer related websites that I have exchanged links with. Also, you will receive around 30-50 link exchange request from other websites each month, therefore you donââ¬â¢t even have to go and look for sites to exchange links with. However, you will need to exchange links with some websites that request link exchange from you, in order to maintain high search engine rankings. Other than that, you donââ¬â¢t have to do absolutely anything and you will still make around $500 - that is if you put no work into it.
If you do, potential is much, much higher!

Reason for selling?
I would never sell this website but I need money really bad to pay for my college bills I need to register for next semester and I donââ¬â¢t have money for it.
Also, this website has much, much more potential, but I simply have no time for it right now.
It has highly targeted traffic that I have no time (and advertising experience) to utilize properly.
