Hello all,

I have a business that I'm trying to sell. If I can get the right amount of money for it, it shall be sold. If not, I will hang on to it.

The site for sale is www.SuperiorTraffic.net - this includes the domain name, the traffic reseller account, and the entire site (PHP and MySQL coding.) The buyer will also receive a client list dating back to the first sale of the site.

Before I go into details, please keep the following in mind:
-This is not an inexpensive site. If you can't spend an amount of money that is medium-low in the four figures, please move on.

Here are some quick details about the site's earnings:
-In the last week, the site grossed $390.00 USD.
-In the last week, the site made $103.00 USD in profit.
-Around 40% of the customers have placed two or more orders.

Here are some other details about the site:
-The website is a traffic reseller website. It is of much higher quality than the template sites that show up here and there- Superior Traffic has a login panel for customers that completely masks the wholesaler.
-Processing an order takes no more than one minute. The average profit per order is nearly $8.00 USD.
-No advertising is required to keep the site running, although it is recommended. Returning customers frequently place orders.
-The actual website is a Google PR4.
-The website's Alexa rank is about 175,000.
-The site averages 500 mb of used bandwidth per month- hosting currently costs $3.00 per month.
-The site averages 50 unique visitors per day when actively being advertised. Otherwise, the site averages 25 unique visitors per day.
-Before being re-designed, the site made about $800.00 USD profit in six months. Out of those six months, only two were spent actively advertising the site. There was a two-month-long stretch when absolutely no advertising was done for the site.
-The PHP/MySQL coding for the site is bulletproof. The order processing and login systems are both very solid. All of the code is commented and is very well structured.

This site is a dream to run. I'm considering selling this because I have achieved my goal with the site- to create a valuable resource for others while making money for myself. I won't have any problem holding onto the site for an indefinite amount of time.

The "buy it now" price that I have set is $2200.00 USD.

Please PM me with offers, and please reply with questions. I may have left something out, so please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your interest.

Edit:
-------------
I forgot two things:
First and most importantly, I didn't mention that there is a complete administration panel. It is integrated with the regular user login, except the admin is recognized and taken to a special page.
Second is this screen shot of the last week's worth of sales:
Please see: http://www.simplypolls.com/sales.gif

Another Edit:
------------
Here is a screenshot of the Webalizer stats dating back to the beginning of the site:
Please see: http://www.simplypolls.com/stats.gif

Kind Regards,
Max Feinstein

Followup:
----------------------------

Two members have expressed serious interest in the site thus far. Please keep the following in mind:

-I will only accept cash up front. I will not allow a "down-payment" with monthly payments to make up for the rest of the money.

-Some very important questions about statistics and the site in general have been raised by the people who are interested. I now have compiled these questions, so I can easily answer any other questions that come my way. Included with this is proof of sales, website statistics, general information about the site, etc.

Thanks for your interest!

Is it really so bad that you can't show it to all? I wouldn't spend a dime on it if it can't be advertised openly.

Just my two cents..

Ah, I suppose you're right. My only pet peave is that I openly shared the profits of the site. We're all professionals here though, so the site URL is now available.

*Bump*

The site is still for sale. It seems to me as if nobody who was originally interested intends to buy.

Also, the site is continuing to make sales as usual.

I think your comment is uncalled for. The site statistics speak for all of the "fools" who buy popunder traffic.

Back on topic, I have one bright DNForum member who is interested in the site. From the conversations we have had thus far, I can tell you that he is not a fool.

I am not telling, that who buys this page is fool. I am telling, that the customers are fooled (as of our email conversation). Because you are NOT telling customers, that the traffic you sale is FRAMED and JAVASCRIPT, so I told you I will NOT make charge back but also I will tell everywhere, what kind of traffic you are selling since you do NOT tell that (intentionally I suppose). I have now everyday error log full of lame made javascript frame, because the adsense bot do not understand that lame javascript.

The page itself is lame php too, even doesnot have basket or cookie identification, so I login, but if want to make order, have to make order and login again (and for more categories have to make each category separate order with separate payment).

And also I am missing here, if you sell the site and the new owner change it - how about my "campaign" running (the campaign is just load to the server, so I will loose nothing), but the quesiton is - did you inform the new buyer he has obligation to CONTINUE the paid orders ? Or he has no obligation ? Than you should return the running campaigns money, anyway I still MAY do the Paypal charge back...

And also maybe you should be so kind to the buyers and tell them, they have to visit many forums and write a message with signature "BUY cheap traffic" or something like that. For exmaple you got a lot of customers here at DNforum, but because your activity here, if no activity, no customers.

As of yet, there is no new buyer for the website. However, there is someone who has expressed a serious interest in buying the site. He is fully aware of his obligation to continue the current traffic campaigns (as well as other functions of the site) should he buy the website.

So you will have contract with him with the obligations ? But what if he fails to fulfill the obligation ? I have "contract" with you - paid you many, should get "traffic", you sell - contract cancelled from your site ("traffic" ebcause it should not be called traffic but "hits").

I assure you that your order will be filled as it has been started. As of now, the site has not been sold so there is nothing for you to worry about immediately. If you are worried about your campaign not finishing due to the sale of the site, please let know and I will personally see to it that your traffic is finished. Please keep in mind that there should be no need for this- if the site is sold, the new buyer will complete all of the current orders.

Regardless of what kind of traffic it is, this could be a very good opportunity for someone to acquire a low-maintenaince business, relatively cheaply. Sure, the quality of a product matters, but if customers are fine buying that product, why not sell it?

Just my 2 cents.

Buying business has sense if the business is already running well itself or has returning customer base. Now - you need actively and cheap advertise in forums, because the adsense would eat you all the profit. And about customer base - only 40% customers (allegedly) bought twice or more. Yet - I am the one which bought twice. First time $20, to see, if is any traffic at all, than $120 - and than I discovered HOW lame is the traffic done. So - do youn think, I will buy such traffic ever again ? No. More interesting would not be statistics on how many customers bought twice, but 3 or more times...
Just MY 2 cents....

Why is all those people posting "good luck with the sale" - they are collecting DNF$ ? Where are they from - Bangladesh, where maybe $0.03 is nice money or what ? I think for post like "good luck with the sale" should be minus 3 DNF$, than only real wisher would write it I believe...

I have decided on a buy it now price of $2200 USD. I know that it's much easier for people to make decisions once a firm price has been established, so here it is.

Denny,

If you worked it out by e-mail, there is no reason for you to ruin this sale. You should really edit all of your posts and remove your biased comments; if not, a moderator willl probably need to. If this was my sale, you would have stopped this ridiculous behavior a long time ago.
