I've just discovered a domain I had registered a while ago, EuroDNS appears to have failed to renew, they even took my money..

Has anyone else had the same issues?

Does anyone have contact details for someone reasonable there?

Many thanks

I've emailed hime, time will tell if he/they can.. I'm off on Holiday soon, so time is very short on this one for many reasons

A quick update

Freddy came back to me within 30 mins and so did a colleague of his. They suggest they have been able to renew the domain. I am just waiting for the details to be updated at the registary..

Thats great. Have a nice holiday.

How long for who is details to update? Surely the should be updated now if everything was ok?

I now have more serious concerns.

The registry provided me with loggin details to manage the domain. I loggin in, it appeared the domain still had not been renewed.

Is it possible that renewal can be activated the their management system, without showing a renewal date for the whole system?

I clicked the renewal buttons and the renewal date displayed...
