I am getting this appraisal done as I am probably going to buy this developed site, but wanted to see what you guys think it is worth. The seller agreed on a price with me, but is now apprehensive that it is worth more. We just want to have an appraisal done to make sure no one is taken advantage of.

Unique visitors per month: between 2800 and 3500

Revenue = less than $1000 per year, no stats provided and google ads have never been run on it.

Site gets around 10-15 posts a day, and has been around since 2001.

Any ideas as to what this is worth? I have paid between $1200 and $1500 for forums of this size and traffic in the past, and that's what I estimated this one to be worth as well, but the seller thinks it might be worth a bit more. So I decided to post this here in the hopes that a few more experienced people will chime in. Thanks in advance

You can only ask if you own the domain. If the seller is a member have him post it.

Usually this isn't allowed, but the seller isn't a member, and you need help, so go ahead.

Thank you, I really appreciate this.

Is there any other information I'd need to post to get an accurate appraisal or do I have it covered?
