I was looking for a specific domain to drop today.
This was an pending delete domain, listed in snapnames and namejet.
Both backorder services didn't have any active bidder(s) so i was ready to get domain right after it dropped.
9:00 am PDT is deadline for namejet backordering and 10:00 am PDT for snapnames, I was looking on both services to be sure no one bids and that is exactly what happened.
So I got prepared to register domain after it drops back to the pool only to find 2 hours later(in the meantime I was trying to register it) that this domain was registered by a snapnames affiliate(namepanther.com).
Do you think this is a taste attempt by snapnames?
Do they(snapnames) put tasted domains in their auctions?
