There's a domain expiring for a huge site/shop. They had 6 TM's but they're all dead, except for one in Canada which is on its last breath.

Even their main company site is expiring. (They have over 10 domains, all with 10k+ links to them each, regged on their main company domain).

Anyway, the site I'm interested in has no registered trademarks and it's expiring. So, say that I snap it up (via snapback/namewinner or similar).. could they possibly take it away from me in the future?

Any suggestions/ideas? Berryhill?

Cheers

Do you mean this company is going out of business, or are the cancelled trademark registrations (if that's what they were) unrelated to the domain name?

Me? I'm waiting for webvan.com.

you to webvan.com when does it go 2007 or something
good choice
