hireliberty: i still say, that youll get your money (and profit) back, only if you can sell it to someone who actually is doing MAJOR business including these two words (food, tv). In that case, this might be a jackpot. But I cant see any real resale value, or anyone regular to buy it. I cant imagine me paying that high renewal fees, just to own this name.. Sorry. You better sell it quick, before renewal time comes

If you look back, you will see I gave a good appraisal...but not knowing what the reg fee is definitely affects the appraisal.

For example, if one appraises at 1k, that looks like a decent appraisal.

But if your premium reg fee is $5,000 per year, that means the appraisal was actaully -$4000.

Now do you understand why it is important to know the reg fee?
