For Famed.com. Thanks in advance.

Please provide close dollar range and not something like high x,xxx - low xx,xxx.

According to DnJournal.com, EFame.com sold at SnapNames for $2,395 in July 2007.

You want it to be appraised to the amount range that you specify?

Also, what is close dollar range?

He means he wants closer to an exact figure, rather than a large range.

Famed is the same number of letters as efame. But the advantage is that it is an actual complete dictionary word, not prefixed. My estimation would be that famed.com is worth the amount of efame.com with another digit at end, or multiply by 10. Find out how much fame.com (or similar) sold for to get the other end of the spectrum. Famed would be about mid-way between the two. IMHO.

Well this is my amateur opinion and way of looking at things so ....

Ovt with ext 0
Ovt without ext 296
Traffic is likely extremely low to nil ( I would assume and if not its grown )
Not a popular or commonly used word, famous the better choice

Now the positives...

It is a dictionary word so at least $500 to start
It isn't the worst dictionary word around so at least $1000 for that
It could be used for some various celeb or spotlight type developement

In saying all that $1500 on the low side to $5000 on a good good good day to a reseller. Just one of those words where the " ed " ending really hurts it.

I actually think this domain is about the same in terms of value as eFame.com, maybe even less.. famed is not a word that is used frequently., I would rather own efame than famed.. so I think this about a $2000 domain to a reseller..and I think it will be very hard to find an end user for this one since it is past tense and not really liked by end users..

I agree with Domainah on this...I would prefer efame.com.

I would say famed.com is worth about 1k
