Very easy... google adsense, sell banner space when the site becomes developed etc....

xxx - xxxx is my range . Forums are becoming huge as we all know and we also all know how huge MJ is. Michael jackson was searched over 500,000 times alone in march on overture! This doesn't include all the other major search engines who don't use overture.
