I like this one. Anyone else think it has potential. I'll probably make a website with this one to go with updatedsports.com.

if you were making a fantasy football site what would you rather have your domain name be?

fantasyfootball.ws
or
justanotherfantasyfootballsite.com

????

yes...ws domains do have resale value.

alright, your right, let me refraise my sentance.

.ws domains have little resale value.

.ws (Western Samoa just in case you thought I didn't know :D ) is dead.

I bought my .ws during the first week of launch because they said they were the first gTLD to be launched after .com blah blah blah and they stood for worldsite. Of course, I was suckered. Today, I won't touch that extension with a 12m pole.

btw, updated, did that other sale go through ok, I believe I owe you some points?

if you are talking about banner.ws....yes i was payed for that.

Because that is how one says .ws!

Why would you make people say and annunciate 5 syllables for 'dot double u s', when you can have just 2 syllables to say and annunciate if your domain right of the dot is a .com, .net, or .org. ???

In my opinion, you are better off with something like FantasticFantasyFootball.com than FantasyFootball.ws! Yes, FantasyFootball.ws is shorter and all but a bear for people to remember.

Also, Sports, aren't you worried .ws might fold completely soon? Is there any assurace that the .ws registry has the resources to be here in 5 or 10 years?

Why don't you build FantasyFootball.ws, work it, and prove us all wrong. I, for one, would be happy to eat crow if you can compete well with your SomethingFantasyFootball.com competitors.

Good Luck,
mike
