FashionModern.com

I am mildly confused about this domain, some valuations seem to put it quite high (relative to my portfolio) others pretty low, again relative to my other domains.

So I am seeking a few different opinions, if you'd be so kind to help me clear it up.

Some musings:
Although not modern fashion, I think if any industry end user is going to pay for a name thats not an exact phrase but still brandable, its going to be a fashion industry end user. If only to stand out and be different.

As to traffic i'm giving the auction site a little while to optimize the keywords, being a newly parked domain, so I can't say either way yet. It will be an interesting one to watch for future reference, from my point of view.

So, in your opinion, end user or resellers value would be?

With or without half decent traffic, please state, because if its worth it i'll invest time in this one and give it traffic on its own site.

Thank you for your time,
Mark

hey mark :)
well, it's a tad uncomfortable....
it "sounds" backwards, and might be taken that way at first glance- which leaves you the decision if you want to spend the time not just branding the name, but getting people first passed "dont they mean modern fashion?"

i agree modernfashion would have been a better fit.. but if you develop it and perhaps make a logo like a brand type thing, perhaps it might work, undeveloped, reg fee imo

Thank you both for the honest appraisal. Personally i'd rather put my time into branding one of the names with a possibly a higher initial value, simply because it might be worth more per hour as it were.

So i've cut the price on this one and i'll leave it for sale to see what happens.

Thanks again for helping me decide which ones to focus on. It sort of goes to show how some appraisal software can be fooled by a name that is masked so to speak or maybe opinion really is divided.

So if you disagree please post, otherwise I am fairly clear I need traffic before value on this one.

Transposed keywords but still worth low xxx IMO, good transposed domains are hard to find too.

Due to the backwardsness of this one I think it needs to be developed before it has any real value.
