Although the terms are good keywords, they do not go together as stated.

most would be looking to "refinance" their mortgage, and with interest rates going up this may put a damper on such searches.

however, you could subdomain it as "re.financemortgage.com".

imo reseller value > $50 > $100

Technically you finance a mortgage, but I see his point. They don't go together the same way that "mortgagebroker.com" or "buyinsurance.com" would.

Still, it's a good industry with high PPC rates right now. At least $500 to an end user.
