Fixedmortgage.ca is great. Large market and high advertiser bid amounts. Even misspellings of mortgage (mortage, morgage) are selling in .ca. Reseller high $xxx, low $xxxx with enduser prices in a higher range (people spend depending on how much they really want the domain). The other domain from initial research should garner lots of traffic. All depends how far this virus goes. Just found a bird in US and Britian with the active virus. If the virus is allowed into the human food chain, than your domain could be worth a sum especially if the drug companies come calling. I hesitate to appraise it now. Hope this helps.

i agree with namefox .. fixedmortgage is very good if in canada the term is used as much as here in the US
