This is a good one, but at the same time a hard one to do right.

A good 3 letter .com 10K is about right, but at the same time it's a video format. Not your normal video posting or sales type .com, a bit to tied to that format so the market uses would be fairly small. On the other hand, selling a product for that format would work great.

If you work the angle right on it, and willing to wait it out you could hit pay dirt. Building it may be the best option, with a high pr site behind it you will get the best price for it. That takes time and money though, as putting a cheap fast site up would not do it justice at all.
