The average revenues I gave were for the last 2 years. If you only look at the last 8 months in these screenshots my averages are:
Sales: $76/mo
Adsense: $7.10/mo

There is no signed agreement with all font creators. I am changing for the download and collection service. Fonts that are uploaded by users are moderated to check to see if they are copyrighted. Authors have complained in the past and the fonts have been removed.

Maybe it's just my browser (IE7), but alot of the fonts aren't centered in their boxes (they go beneath the bottom). Why is that, do you know ?

Nah, it's not your browser, nor the site.. Some fonts have different baseline values, so when they are drawn, (probably automatically by the site) they don't always line up perfectly center. It's just one of those things that can be fixed by hand using photoshop.
