Wanted: Service Forum Rules Editor

Hi Guys,
I need some one to create me forum rules similar to the one we have here in DNF...but I have to add some more details specific to my forum...please don't think about copying it from DNF or any other sites.

Let me know if you can do it...I am willing to pay upto $25 for a well written set of rules.

I'm interested in the general project of creating good forum rules and would be willing to help the two of you with this for no charge if you're interested. My teaching is completed for the semester so I have a bit of time.

Either way, I'd like to see what you come up with in terms of a practical set of forum Guidelines.
