in the USA IT IS NOT 2 PM US TIME AND a chinese person registered it it's now here in europe 3 PM

Compare: other domain names STILL having this message from the same list!!!!!!!!! Domain not found locally, but Registry points back to local DB.Local WHOIS DB must be out of date.

Why is this fraud? The problem is that peopple that lives in the East of the world is advantaged from this....
