Hey everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself and an AI-powered domain appraisal tool I have been working on. As a long-time domainer, I've always hated how unreliable most appraisal tools are — they undervalue gems, and rarely reflect what actually sells. I think it's really important that we get a tool like this that's actually built by a domain investor. Keep in mind I'm still working on this. It's not by any means perfect.

Hazlo.ai — an AI-powered domain appraisal tool that tries to be brutally honest and accurate.

It combines real comps (from DNJournal & public sales), TLD end-user adoption checks, typo/misspelling detection, AI-niche bonuses, and LLM semantic analysis to give ranges that feel closer to reality.

I also added a free geometric logo generator (inspired by OpenAI/Anthropic/xAI style) because domainers & startup founders need quick, clean logos without wasting time/money.

It's still early — I'd love honest feedback and testers. What works? What sucks? What features would you want to see?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
Brendan

Good morning Brendan! Intereseting tool.

just randomly chose 3 letters and tested .ai and .com:

currently it seems your system thinks .ai domain is 2x more valuable than .com

Great start! Like the layout!

How did you get the namebio data? .. if I may :)

We had a bug that is being fixed right now. I had to upload a new dictionary database so it could read real-world words :) Things weren't working correctly for a bit; they should work better now, and I will keep working on it. NameBio data will be replaced soon with another source. Right now, it's a manual upload process.

I remember when Atom launched their domain valuation tool - had the exactly the same discrepencies :) Great start!!

Best is to take the renewal price into account.
Do you mean set the domain to the lowest possible value based on what it would cost to renew the name? So the minimum value would always be between $10 and $30? We don't currently factor that in, but in the case of a very low-value name or no value name, I suppose it would boost it. You can purchase jjhdbejrhb-09-88888.com, and I suppose that automatically would make that name worth at least the renewal or reg fee, even though it is otherwise worthless.
