I'm looking to sell my site www.freearcadegames.us because I'm in need of funds for a new project. The site is a PR4 and gets on average 700 unique visitors per month, stats can be found here (Site was started in May). Adsense data isn't channeled so I'm not able to give an accurate estimate of how much revenue the site makes. Everything on the site is auto updating so No Maintenance what so ever is needed. It runs off of a couple of feeds for the news and games.

Google Ranks my site at #4 for term "freearcadegames" and there were 117 unique visitors that used that string to arrive at my site last month. (Screenshot)
