The domain name is FREEtitpics.com, which to me, would mean free pictures of boobs and tits. Being that it is free, you couldn't really charge a fee to view the content. So, depending on how many images there are would mean that the site would not make money, but would use a lot of bandwidth from the images being viewed. It's easy for an adult site to suck up a few gigs a day if it becomes even slightly popular.
