I would Jump on the $1200.00 and call it a day...
Thanks for your comments. I must say I had to make another offer to see if I can squeeze a few more dollars out, but its already more than I could have hoped and I've not the time to persue my intentions with it anymore. I'm guessing in a couple months there'll be another one of the "gratis" sites there. I'll let you know how it ends up.
