regged this. think it may bear fruit in the near future as has great coverage on google. worth looking up on google & associated articles as very interesting. too much to list here but basically som,e aussie scientists have made great inroads to curing knee cartilidge problem with a special glue from frogs. $2.5 billion sealant market & $750 million wound closure market potential. there is lots of interesting articles ranging from newscientist.com etc
I regged frogglue.com frog-glue.com notaden.com frogadhesive.com
(you have to stop somewhere, always other possibilities!)
i'm gonna build one of godaddy free sites on frogglue.com as very interesting subject
i think could have a lot of potential, undoubtedly they will brand a name, which is their trademark, but it seems already the phrase frogglue is the term everyone will be using. i regged notaden also as this is the genus of frog. seems an obvious name for a drug/glue also
what do you think? could this be the big one? i have hundreds & have only ever sold a few. whatever happens i have only paid reg fee & go daddy let you build a free 5 page site, so only 20 quid down if nonstarter. hoping others may read the articles & think i might be on to something. cheers

Great domain... it sounds very memorable, even if there were no medical application it would still be a nice domain. Hang on to it for at least mid $XXX.

not sure about this domain being worth $xxx right now, yes the adheasive market is big, but people often confuse how big a market is with how much the domains should go for, do you think a company that would develop a product out of frogs would actaully call it frog glue?..last time I checked Gelatine was still called gelatine and not cooked-cow-bones..., but I like your idea with the webpages and the name does sound kinda cool, but in terms of value I think its somewhere in the $xx

Well you never know, Bullfrog was the best sunscreen, dont think it was made from frogs.... Not sure if a company really wants to let you know they ground up little frogs to make their adhesive. I think you will have to wait longer than 1 year registration. But if you hold on it could be a hit. I bet high Xx to low Xxx.

The link to the frog glue article on NewScientist.com is: http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn6492.html
they already made tests with the glue from those Australian frogs with sheeps.. and that was a success. They are now starting to experiment for human uses.

I think frogglue.com is definitively worth mid $XXX and could be worth low $XXXX to end users.

It's a .com, easy memorable and sounds funky too.

Cheers for that. Yes you're spot on. Although this stuff sticks to anything even when wet. It's the repair to human cartilege & knees that is the real issue & moneyspinner. No doubt the soccer & sports industry are waiting with baited breath. From the research i've done, it was about oct. 2004 they went public & have reg'd patents etc. They will obviously ,being eminent scientists, when developed, give it a medical name. However the spin off consumer product could well be Frog glue as that phrase is now well known & in public domain. Pulls up a lot on google. I will hang on to & have the good alternatives. Frog-Glue.com FrogAdhesive.com Notaden.com etc.
Visited their site in Australia & are just taking on big backers now. Thanks for appraisals thus far. I feel the outcome value could be considerable due to marketability & size of market. Guy
