Has anyone got experience with Dubai domains - especially real estate related?

What value would you put on these as names, ie not developed. And, which way round do you prefer?

Well i been in dubai for a long time and recently started getting myself updated with real estate news to buy domains related to them...but i havent seen seen people using FSBO ( For Sale By Owner) tag here yet + construction here is on a massive rate in a few years there would be plenty of people ready to sell their real estate i think you need to wait for that too happen or wait for people to use the term fsbo more often

Thanks Kenny - I know what you mean about the FSBO tag - it's just starting to get known and used here in the UK. And there are a lot of wealthy Brits buying in Dubai.

I bought them with a view to developing some time in the future (how many times have I thought that!!!) so I hope you're right.
