Could be a Software reseller site....

It would be kind of like a "Full" Service Business Software Site. Market the site towards SOHO's or home bound workers.
Don't underestimate the power of short names that might not work with anything. Look at "Fool.com". A stock advice site no less!!!
Not sure of the dollar value, but if marketed right would fetch a decent price that you are looking for.
