you know when you have two word domains, where two separate words were put together- like say visualteacher.com...
but there are some words, that you need the two words to make the one word- if you know what i mean-
like deliveryboy- that term is only known by those two words together-
so my question is- when you buy a domain like that- do people reduce the value because technically it is two words, even tho it can only be said that way? do you know what i mean?

There is no rule of thumb. Reason being there are so many connotations, variations etc
sorry, can't be more exact, but it isn't an exact science. Just research & experience tbh

Didn't seem to hurt the value of CreditCard.com...

More and more 2 worded domains are being used, and the numbers will only keep going up, as more and more one worded domains keep getting higher priced.

It would depend on what the words ware, but if they go together and people remember them, and they go to what the sites about. It may hurt the price some, but not as much as 2 words that don't make sense at all.
