I think there is already value beyond reg. fee. Just doing a quick search I see that there's at least a few women with this name.

Any significant value would be dervied from a few things.

1. How many Shawndells are there?
That number would help you estimate how likely it will be that someone with this name will want to use it and thus pay you for it someday. If there are just a few hundred in the entire country, your odds are too good. If there are a few thousand, you're heading in the right direction. If there are dozens of thousands, then you've found a very good name.

2. Are there any famous Shawndells? Will there be any?
A lot of traffic would be generated if someone with the name Shawndell starts making headlines. Even if there isn't a famous Shawndell now, it's possible there could be in the future.
