Godaddy .ME landrush

I have a question regarding the landrush on godaddy.

If you register domains and you are not the only application..is the refund to your godaddy account or to your credit card?

I'm probably asking this question too late since i already have done it. But i think a godaddy refund to your account would be pretty large.

I received a clarification on this from godaddy...they refund you completely to your credit card.

Do they say "pending application" for the status?
