Is it supposed to mean something (other than a hack of I'm guessing "Google")?
Even if this is a hack of "Google", isn't it spelled wrong? Not to mention the trademark infringement.

There is no infringement here. Goog dot whatever are some of the most popular domains in pretty much all TLDs, and all of them are taken. Google has not won a single UDRP on any of them.

A hack of what exactly, "googal"? Unless you meant, "googol" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Googol
