Google Exact Searches are they really what they crack up to be!

I am starting to think google exact searches are really I have been getting domains 15k and 20k searches and might get like 5 typeins in a period of three months. What I am Missing I used ovtn+ext these seems like a better indicator of traffic. I remeber listening to the ozzie domainer when he interview rick s and he was like he just look at a domain to determine if it has traffic without no analytical tools.well the best way for me is to be from someone like godady and sedo that show stats and domainers.So hey can you guys tell me what ways you use to measure traffic

I look at the name, look at the search results per month, and look at the search term in quotes in Google. Lastly, I used my judgment.

just like the "REAL OVERTURE" results got screwed from domainers searching thousands of terms per day,

so too will google results/kw calculators/adwords/bidvertiser/wordtracker/etc

its going to take experience thru trial and error before you may be able to pick domains with better traffic potential.



though if you're finding some that get a few hits a month, then you may have to hold those domains for a few years before they start getting more traffic.

the goal is to get quality keywords

one problem with using analytical tools may be the ability to read the results
