Can someone please explain what exactly it is, they're asking me to do? Thanks a lot guys:
Hello -
As part of our commitment to our DomainPark customers and our advertisers,
we are continuing to enhance our fraud detection. We have noted in a
recent review of your implementation that we are receiving terms and not
complete, properly formatted URLs.
We are writing to ask that you take immediate action to modify your call
to only send Google properly formatted URL requests as specified in our
Integration guide. Google intends to release an update to the DomainPark
system that will alter the way in which we respond to query information
received from partners. This change, which we expect to release on
3/24/04, will cause domain names that are not passed to us in the correct
format, or that are not authorized by the partner sending the request, to
be categorized differently.
We expect this change to result in a negative revenue impact for your
organization. To ensure that your DomainPark requests are not mistaken for
fraud, and to comply with our policy guidelines, please make sure to send
the entire URL of the domain name being submitted ("www.example.com" or
"example.com").
If you have any questions about this change, please contact our technical
support team at [email protected]. We have also attached a
copy of our latest integration guide for your reference.
Kind Regards,
The Google DomainPark Team
