Hi,

My gmail account has been disabled, i use it to register on forums, write and answer emails, manage a mailing list and manage cse.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried the recovery feature and my phone number can not be verified (used multiple times).
Using another number gives the same error.

Thanks

Receving this message while 2FA:

This phone number can't be used for verification, or there were too many unsuccessful attempts. Use another phone number or try again later.

Hello @hacxx

I am an admin at DNF

Could I please ask you to remove/change your current avatar.

Your account is currently not verified and using an avatar with the word verified could confuse some of the more inexperienced members.

My advice is to change the avatar or seek verified status.

As far as your Gmail goes, unless you have a backup email specified on your Gmail account it is going to be very difficult to recover.

It's a word of caution to all members to assure they have a verified working backup email address specified in Gmail. I usually recommend using an outlook email as a backup so that the backup email is not on the same server as the one you are trying to recover. Do the same on your outlook account and use your Gmail as a backup for it.

Good luck

Will change the avatar soon. I will post in the forum for a while more than fade out as this isn't been profitable for me.

About the gmail, the 2FA kicks in and i receive the code in my phone nevertheless asks to change the phone number later and i don't have an alternative phone number that is unused.

Thanks

Domaining is a waiting game, someone has to want your domain, let your ads and landers do their job, even new cars sit on the lot before finding a buyer.

Thank you for updating the avatar

I run another forum and its all about contacts, you need to be well known in the industry to build the trust of other domainers. Forums are rarely used for end users but are a great resource to contact like minded domainers and to see where the sales are coming from. You can learn about the best marketplaces and place strategic posts leading potential buyers to your domains.

This is coming from someone who just quit his high paying job, closed his very successful online store, and has shifted to domaining full time. I use X.com, a number of marketplaces and most of the domaining forums to maintain all my contacts in the industry.

Don't underestimate the importance of cross marketing, I've made some pretty darn good deals from it.
