I paid for a dedicated server, it took seven days to get it up and running. I keep getting an error message saying that it is not setup right. I emailed support several times, no response. I called the number listed, got some girl in sales and said she couldn't do anything about it, and that I would have to email support. I then asked for a refund. 3 days I have been calling and emailing and asking for a refund and they will not respond. Does anybody know how I can get my money back? I paid with paypal debit card.

give paypal a ring and see if they can do anything, i know alot of people are trying to get a refund from Angel Networkz (managed.com reseller)

I think I WILL have to call them, cuz since I paid with my debit card, I can't submit a complaint.

Please if someone can get info on these guys, please send it. They refuse to fix my server and refuse to give me a refund. The guy is being a real jerk about it and said that I never emailed him and that I never called him. I emailed him 9 times and called about 6 or 7 times. I would like to have any info that I can get on this jerk, please.

Make sure you keep the emails, in the UK at least you need proof of the correspondence between the customer and company (even if there was no reply)

Try www.poundhost.com I use them, they are excellent, Support is top notch - I know the guy as well (didn't when i bought the server) and may be able to get u a discount.

Resolved after I did a search and contacted the owner at home. I called him at home at about 1:00 a.m. New York time and I threw a fit like 3 year old girl. LMAO. It was resolved later on that morning.

I heard in another thread here that managed.com is going under... You might want to find out more about that just in case..
