Wanted: Service Graphic Help - quick and simple

Hi,

Could someone good in photoshop give me some 2-minute free help?

All I need is to take this photo: http://www.thrillinghill.com/~aj/maze.jpg
and make an image sized 200px X 800px where that image slowly blurs into this color: #CCFFFF

It will be used as a side border of a page, thank you to whoever can help
