I think the 6 figures appraisals are overvaluing this domain, which in my opinion not premium but possibly a good brandable name.

To me, this is a brandable domain, so:

$100 - $5000 end user

Such a wide range of appraisals for this one..reg fee to $300k. lmao.

I agree, i've sold names like that before and couldn't even get xxx. Just last week i listed Shoppish.com which is brandable (and a dictionary word) and couldn't even sell it here.

lot of names are taken in major extensions and have tons of google results, but aren't worth $100.

show me some traffic stats, some interest from "bonafide" offers and I'll change my opinion.
