I am a bit confused:

Nicit: 9786 USD

This domain is listed at GreatDomains also.
No traffic stats, as I parked it few days ago at Sedo.

Google: 375.000.000
Overture-US: 38797

My highest offer was 850 USD

Are the appraisals I have "overvalued".

Please help. What may I ask for this domain?

I agree with Mole. The .info has is best value when giving information about something or someone or somewhere and a guide is guiding the user through this information. The offer you received is low and I would not accept it. The appraisal of Sedo is not too high I think...

Less than the appraisals ;-) .

I can not post the price here without asking the buyer.
We didn't discuss, to comunicate the price...

But as the buyer reads also here:
I would be agree, if he not mind, to post the price here.
For me it is no problem.
