Don't worry about it! Seems like that really old and now boring domain appraisial scam anyway! Just in case anyone else receives an email its from [email protected] !!

Someone emails you and says their interested in buying your domain. You reply with an asking price, they say "ok I'll buy it but I want you to get an appraisal to make sure the price is fair". They give you a couple places to get the appraisal, the cheapest of which they own. Once you get the appraisal they run away.
