And make no mistake about it, the hair loss industry is a $20 Billion industry and that's annually (in North America alone) according to research I have done.

There are hundreds upon hundreds (if not thousands) of "hair regrowth" products on the market . What do you perceive the value of this name to be ?

I have done market research on this domain over and over again and I have found the this market is doing nothing but getting bigger and bigger. I don't use the products my self yet but the thought has always been there, that if it dose happen, I go looking for some product out there. If you do get a Major Companys intrest in this domain .. the keywords are right there and the domain fits perfect.

a PPC page, versus a drug company that would
use it for their product.

You could develop it into a hair regrowth information
site with a few pages of related articles, some adsense
ads, and maybe even sell some related product if you
can find an affiliate program. A person could probably
earn a decent living with a site like that but it would
take some work to do.

Another thought, these drugs for hair regrowth will
probably keep getting better over time, which will increase
the market for them (people who might not buy
rogaine now might buy a new product if it works better).

If you were to sell, hold out for a good end user
if you can and don't go under 15k. If you develop the
site and get a steady flow of targetted traffic it would
be worth even more.
