Yeh I love this name. Fantastic to develop as a Halo 2 fan site, and would be a dream to work with for Search Engine Optimization. You could make this one a real winner, when its popularity increases, so will its type ins, and so will the value.
So I think it may be worth maybe low $xxx now, and depending on how you developed it, it could be worth thousands in a few months, or a years time.
Though, I probably appraised it more than others, because I actually run my own game sites, and know the potential of it.
