Could a German speaker please comment on these:

Handyvertrage.com - Should technically be "handyverträge" or "handyvertraege" but could have the potential for type-in/brandability?

HandysVertrag.com - "Handyvertrag" gets 1,350,000 Google.de and lots of ads. The .net recently sold for $15K.
"Handys Vertrag" gets 922,000 Google.de and lots of ads.

Here are the Google Trends comparing handyvertrag and handys vertrag.
