Has anyone bought a domain using Park & Sell?

I am looking at one right now and I was just wondering how the process works for anyone who has done this? Does ND act as an Escrow service, is it a fairly quick process, etc?

Also, do you generally trust the traffic numbers you see there?

I have sold a domain using Park & Sell.
ND doesn't act as an Escrow service. ND only provides a place for buyer and seller to find each other.
I do trust the numbers because those information is provided by ND, not by the seller.
