No, he was supposed to make payment before receiving names. He was going to send money which covered 7 of the names, after receiving, I'd push all 10. Then he was supposed to get paid in a few days and send the money for the other 3.

No biggy - Fact is he had second thoughts about the deal most likely and didn't go through with it, I'm not going to leave negative feedback or anything but next time he should at least notify the guy :undecided:
