Wanted: Service Has anyone got an epassporte account?

I just got one & can't draw on the money until I get an Electron card (pyshical card), so I can only use the money online currently, so I thought I would pay google with it (adwords) but I'm a few $$$ short & since they charge a astronomical fee to put money into your account ($20) I don't really wanna do that to deposit a few extra dollars.

So... can anyone send me $25 via epassporte to my account & I'll give you $30 via Paypal or something?
