I have been using the Rack for over a year now.
They have upgraded their customer support and now have online chat with Techs. Sometime, they assume you know the intricacies of a server, but once they realize you dont, they help out, and others in chat also will help you. The addition of chat has been valuable.
My support requests, through customer trouble tickets have been handled quite quickly, in some cases within the hour.
Their service started out a bit slow, but they have improved 100% in the last year.
Their prices cant be beat.
Their uptime is superb.
The response time to requests, plus the customer chat room is now a valuable asset.
